Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required upon booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be deducted from the total tour cost.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the tour cost is due upon meeting with our representative at the airport. Failure to make the payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit cards, bank transfers, or online payment platforms (PayPal, cash App, Zelle). Please note that additional transaction fees or charges may apply, depending on the chosen payment method.
Cancellation Conditions:

Cancellation by the Client: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- 4 Dyas prior to the tour start date 80% of the deposit will be forfeited.
- Between 5 to 10 Days prior to the tour start date 50% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.
- up 10 days of the tour start date 90% of the tour cost deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation by the Tour Operator: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or modify your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or safety concerns, we will provide alternative options, or a full refund of all payments made.

Changes and Modifications: If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as adjusting the tour dates or the number of participants, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for changes made after the booking is confirmed.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost or damaged luggage.
- Delayed/Cancelled Flights : Moha Vacations is not in position to offer a passenger any assistance in the event of delay at the outward or homeward point of departure . The airline concerned will be responsible for a passenger in the event flight cancellation or delays.
